Get ready for a great all over body workout with your baby ! This class incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and legs and focused abdominal work. We will help you learn how to strengthen and rehab your core. Baby don’t always cooperate that’s why we love them at SIF- they keep us young and thinking on our feet ! No worries we have a private section set up for you for the unexpected. We also have side activities for them next to you if they are in the curious moving stage . Your baby can be incorporated into the abdominal and floor exercises.
We will keep capacity at 1/4 for Fall Session to ensure Covid 19 Guidelines are met and you are comfortable.
This class is not only for physical health but mental as it is always beneficial to be around new parents just like YOU!
Baby age: 4 weeks to 18 months
