A smooth, balanced class linking poses at a comfortable pace allowing for exploration in a warm environment to embrace a weekend detox. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement” and has both mental and physical benefits which will reset you for the week ahead. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes and calms the mind. This class will focus on the breathing and the flowing movement through poses. All levels are welcome!
