Jess Davis has created an optimum training platform for aspiring hockey players, ages 10-14 years old willing to do whatever it takes to advance their game to a higher level.

Davis and her assistant Michelle Porter, Certified Fitness & Running Trainer will deliver a new fresh look on training principles off ice that translates on the ice and produces players the acquired skills needed to reach optimum levels of SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS, STRENGTH AND POWER.

This is a full 360 training program with focus on mental strategies needed tosucceed “Believe & Achieve”
