Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice in which each movement is linked to the inhalation and the exhalation. Emphasizing the relationship between intelligent alignment, deep core work and conscious breathing, we encourage students to use the postures to “listen in” and creatively explore individual movement potential, both in the postures and their transitions.
Our interest is in creating a therapeutic effect rather than on using the body to attain the “perfect pose”.
For us, Vinyasa Yoga is as much a form of art as it is a science. Expect to feel inspired, light and open.
