A gentle practice for Baby Boomer Generation who want to improve their activity levels and build strength, balance, mobility and range of motion in their joints and spine.  The class will include breath work, meditation, gentle stretching, a balancing sequence and relaxation.


As we age, maintaining a healthy body and spirit is especially important.  Yoga can be started at ANY age and can help build muscle mass needed to prevent osteoporosis, assist with joint movement to relieve arthritis and help with balance.  It is also an invaluable way of maintaining a vibrant spirit by being a part of a wonderful social community.
